Jump to PS2, Xbox, GameCube, or PC. For console entries, IGN specifies the title screen that says Press Start. On PC, IGN specifies the intro screen that says Press Enter. The table keeps controller columns separate; an em dash means that the cited platform page did not list that code, not that the code is proven impossible. D-pad names are written out to avoid controller-symbol ambiguity.

If you are on PC and nothing happens
If a phrase fails, confirm the PC is at the Press Enter intro screen, not the garage or a loaded profile. Some effect/spelling reports conflict between the cited Fandom and IGN lists, and this page flags those instead of promising a result. A trainer is a separate third-party tool; read the trainer page before considering one. A full save overwrite is a different route.

Questions people ask
Where do I type them?
IGN's console guides say enter button codes when the title screen says Press Start. Its PC guide says enter phrases at the intro screen that says Press Enter. Do not assume the input screen is identical across platforms.
Do PS2 codes work on PC?
No. PC uses typed phrases. Console sequences also depend on the controller: IGN prints Xbox and GameCube equivalents for several codes, but not every code is documented for every console.
Why did my bank not change?
Check the platform-specific input screen and the effect label. One $20,000 PC code is reported with two spellings by the cited guides; see the source note before relying on it.
