PC texture packs and PCSX2 texture replacements target different game editions and formats. ReShade post-processing and RTX Remix are separate approaches again. Check which edition and runtime the author actually supports before copying files.
PC packs
The Padowisko review describes Redux HD Textures as a TexMod pack. That review is historical context, not a verified current Nexus file listing; no current version or size is stated here. ReShade presets instead change post-processing and do not by themselves replace the game's texture assets.
Ekozmaster/NFSU2-RTX-Remix is a separate project with its own runtime dependencies and loader instructions. Its README contains an older, version-specific setup, so it is not proof that every current Remix runtime is compatible. Back up the game and follow the chosen release's requirements; this guide has not tested that combination.
Emulator packs
PCSX2 texture replacement uses dumps keyed to the PS2 edition. A PC tpf will not light up the PS2 ISO. If you are on Android or Steam Deck with an emulator, start from platforms and only then hunt a dump.
